Let’s be real: most ADHD advice online reads like it was written by people who don’t even have ADHD.

“It’s easy!”

“No distractions!”

“Just try harder!”

Okay Karen, thanks for nothing.

I wanted a place where:

  • ADHD is seen as a superpower
  • Tangents are normal
  • Hyperfocus is gold
  • Sensory overwhelm is understood
  • We don’t shame ourselves for being human

And most importantly…

I wanted a space where we can laugh through the chaos while building a life that actually works for our brains — not the brains we “should” have.
